The utilization of plastification components is substantially affected by factors such as process parameters, polymer material, additives, fillers, reinforcing materials and batch fluctuations. Cost-efficient deployment of the components strictly requires their proper handling and operation.
Plastification components are specifically designed for operation according to the use recommended for processing commercially available polymer materials. The processing recommendations of polymer producers also apply, unless they contradict our provisions. Sumitomo (SHI) Demag assumes no warranty for the natural wear of parts that are subject to wear. Wear parts are all parts of the plastification system, e.g. screws, non-return valves, plastification cylinders, nozzle control components, nozzles, cylinder heads and heaters.
